12x1 stereoscopic cube map

Hi!

I am playing around with photospheres to create stereoscopic viewing of 360 images. I render out a 12x1 cubemap strip from 3ds max which contains the 2 cubmaps from the cameras, but in Unity there is only the option of importing 6x1 cubemaps? Is there any way to convert these textures inside unity or do I have to divide them up manually before importing them?
