I tried searching for a solution to this, so really quite sorry if this has been answered somehow somewhere.
I'm trying to set up a SteamVR project that uses only a tracker (eventually there could be a single controller, but that is yet to be determined). The tracked is paired and does not use a cable. Now, to get its position I just use SteamVR_Controller.Input(n) as suggested by the Vive docs. However, that results in a huge lag that's quite noticeable.
I guess there is...
SteamVR Controller.Input lag & tracker without controllers
