Hand recognition AR

Hi everybody, i'm making an app that should recognize the hand of the user throught the back camera of the mobile and just "draw" stuff on it, kinda like face recognition that put masks on your face.

I was wondering if there's any SDK that allow to do this.

I know vuforia has built in face recognition, but no hand recognition, is it?

Is there any SDK / asset / something to make it possible?
