New developer here. Working on using VR to visualize scientific data, like 3d volumes imaged using microscopes. Currently I'm trying to recreate the effect used in Google's "Gallery" Cardboard demo, in which an object is scripted to hang in front of the user and rotate with the head orientation of the user, such that it appears that the camera is orbiting the object. It's a great way to allow users to inspect 3d assets, and I had a functional script that worked with the cardboard...
