Microsoft Hololens with VS and Unity4.5

Hello,

I ordered the MS Hololens Development Edition. I can use it with Unity. Does Somebody know if I have to order Unity seperat or is it already included in the Development Edition? Is the Unity Evironemt In MS VS implmented, like a plug in or is the UI Unity the Development Environment?
