I Can't Build and Run Google CardBoard to Android Phone?

I've been troubleshooting the build and run errors that I've been receiving while trying to deploy the GoogleVR DemoScene to my Samsung Galaxy S6 for a few days but so far, every error I fix produces a new one. I've come to an error that I can't seem to find a fix for on any forums. When I click build an run in the build settings, it runs through the process until it disappears with no pop up box. I look in the console and I find this error:

Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file...
