External photo/video source in VR

Hi, first of all, I'm complete new in Unity/VR, however my non-profit organization want to make app with showing historical treasured of our region. We have received 360 photos and some movies from drones. However all these materials are quite big and when we want to keep quality of it, size of the app would be too big.

Is it possible to use some plugin to use external photo/video content in app/unity project? I don't know what paid plans have to offer - maybe there is some solution?
