I have taken my sketchup house and imported into unity. It is only a small house, nothing much. When I run the program using VR, I keep a watch on my CPU and GPU usage. When I run fastest quality settings, everything is fine and it runs at 75 fps. When I run anything higher, for example good quality settings, the fps drops to 37,5 and remains there. The gpu and cpu are mostly just used for 30%, sometimes peaking 40%. So I get the feeling my system is up for it. Why...
