When uploading new APK to the store, I get "Oculus SDK version is not 1.0 or newer" Unity 5.4.0f3

Hello,

We are using Unity 5.4.0f3 with MacOSX and ovr_unity_utilities_1.8.0 but we keep getting the error APK < Path > is not built with SDK version v1.0.0 (or newer). We tried updating several times the ovr_unity_utilities_1.8.0 with no success. Would greatly appreciate any help to solve this issue as we need to submit as soon as possible.
