90 Frames Per Second

Hello All

I'm trying to get my game at 90 fps consistently . Im using Unity 5.4 and when I press play on the game and hit the space bar my fps are maxing out at about 72 .

I went into the setting and turned off vsync but it did not seem to effect it . I tried the the Application.targetFrameRate it did not change anything.

So i opened a brand new project put a plane and a cube and then I press play and I'm getting the same fps 72fps with nothing in the scene but a cube.
